Rusty VanOverbeck announces a write-in Campaign for Senate District 50
When incumbant Democrat State Senator Greg Lind withdrew from running for re-election, it left just a loan Democrat Cliff Larson running against a third party candidate in a district that often goes Republican. Finding just the right candidate to run has taken much work but we found him.
Rusty VanOverbeck wants to keep state government and taxes from expanding their current levels and that there must be a solution to the current school funding problems where we can pay teachers in line with those of other states.
Senate District 50 consist of House Districts 99 and 100. It covers much of eastern Missoula County and the eastern most parts of Missoula.
To vote for Rusty in the June 3 Primary, you must write in “Rusty VanOverbeck” and completey darken the oval next to his name.
We need 250 people to vote for him so his name will appear on the ballot in November. Don’t live in the district? Bet you know someone who does.
