Join the Greater Houston Pachyderm Club as we welcome

Beth Cubriel

Republican political veteran Beth Cubriel will join us to talk about the Republican Party’s effort to close the primary and the history of how this debate has manifested. With Governor Abbott’s recently announced support for closing the primaries, this issue will become proposed legislation during the upcoming legislative session. As a former Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas who has also worked for numerous conservative causes and candidates, Beth has first-hand knowledge of the motivating factors in favor of closing the primary and can also discuss the potential unintended consequences. Please join us for a lively discussion and to find out how your voice can be heard as lawmakers debate this issue.
